As copyrighted materials, AlgebraBits.com materials are protected by US and International copyright laws (such as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2)) and other intellectual property laws. 

When accessing the content of AlgebraBits.com, you are agreeing to the follow the Terms of Use stated in the License Agreement with the parent site MathBits.com. (The following are excerpts from the complete License Agreement.)

• You may use, reproduce, distribute and display the teaching materials, solutions, and multi-media materials contained within AlgebraBits.com in connection with your rendering of face-to-face educational teaching services to students, namely student instruction in your individual classroom only, as long as all copyright notices are maintained.

  --	you may not share access to your subscription with any other persons.
  --	you may not use the materials at AlgebraBits.com as templates to create additional materials for sale, distribution, or posting to the internet.
  --	you may not assign or otherwise transfer your AlgebraBits.com License to anyone, without prior written consent from MathBits.com..
  --	you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make available the Images included within AlgebraBits.com. AlgebraBits.com contains numerous images, clipart and graphics (collectively referred to as the “Images”) which are either owned by AlgebraBits' parent company (MathBits.com) or licensed from a third party. You may not use the Images separately or as part of any other product.
  --	you may not create scandalous, obscene, defamatory, or immoral works using the AlgebraBits' Images, nor use the Images for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

  Your AlgebraBits' License will terminate if you fail to comply with any of its terms or conditions.

• The website AlgebraBits.com may not be copied or used in part or whole, by others.
       Content from AlgebraBits.com may not be copied, framed, mirrored, downloaded, uploaded, burned, snagged, or installed electronically on any server.  You may not re-post any of  the pages or content from AlgebraBits.com on the internet in any form (be it part, whole or modified).  You most certainly may not present the materials from AlgebraBits.com as your own internet/computer based materials by using the materials with the copyright/authorship removed.
