The use of the materials at AlgebraBits.com are goverened by the License Agreement you agreed to follow when you purchased your subscription.     you may not use the materials at AlgebraBits.com as templates to create additional materials for sale, distribution, or posting to the internet.

    you may not assign or otherwise transfer your AlgebraBits.com License to anyone, without prior written consent from MathBits.com..

    you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make available the Images included within AlgebraBits.com. AlgebraBits.com contains numerous images, clipart and graphics (collectively referred to as the “Images”) which are either owned by AlgebraBits' parent company (MathBits.com) or licensed from a third party. You may not use the Images separately or as part of any other product.

    you may not create scandalous, obscene, defamatory, or immoral works using the AlgebraBits' Images, nor use the Images for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

    Your AlgebraBits' License will terminate if you fail to comply with any of its terms or conditions.

  • The website AlgebraBits.com may not be copied or used in part or whole, by others.
        
    Content from AlgebraBits.com may not be copied, framed, mirrored, down
    loaded, uploaded, burned, snagged, or installed electronically on any server.  You may not re-post any of  the pages or content from AlgebraBits.com on the internet in any form (be it part, whole or modified).  You most certainly may not present the materials from AlgebraBits.com as your own internet/computer based materials by using the materials with the copyright/authorship removed.   
  • Regarding the "free" samples and opening pages of AlgebraBits.com

    copy or modify the Images from the "free" pages for use on another web site or publication without prior written permission.  The graphics at AlgebraBits.com were purchased, licensed, or produced solely for use on AlgebraBits.com.  These graphics are not free for the taking.
